Rehabilitation can be a life-changing experience to someone living with physical pain or limitations. The experienced therapists at Tomah Health use the latest technologies in evaluating each patient’s unique needs and then create a personalized recovery program to ensure a positive and effective therapeutic experience for the patient.
Tomah Health offers a wide range of outpatient rehab specialties:
Physical Therapy (PT): Tomah Health's PT team specializes in helping those recovering from an injury or illness, compromised physical condition, surgery or other medical procedure. We offer enhanced options with our aquatic therapy pool
Occupational Therapy (OT): Our OT team offers evaluation, treatment and training in daily living activities, cognitive processes, musculoskeletal and neuromuscular abilities as well as therapeutic adaptations and prevention.
Speech-Language Pathology (SLP): Our SLP team provides both inpatient and outpatient therapy for diagnosis and treatment of speech, language, swallowing and cognition for children and adults.
Our rehab therapists develop custom treatment programs to help patients reach their individualized recovery goals. Our therapists take a team approach, working together to help patients improve quality of life.

Rehabilitation patients at Tomah Health continue to have great outcomes and in a short amount of time compared to patients in facilities throughout the United States.
FOTO is a nationwide outcomes database that allows our rehab providers to use technology to individualize care to our patients thereby determining what their main limitations are so that our staff can design a treatment program that is individualized to them and then measure the outcomes as they go through rehab toward discharge.
Put simply: FOTO measures for the quality of your care and the quality of your therapist.
