The Tomah Health BEE Award recognizes support personnel who have provided exceptional care and service to patients.
All support staff, such as CNAs, HUCs, Lab Techs, Housekeepers, Facility Staff, or others, can be nominated for the BEE Award.

Nominate a Tomah Health Staff Member
To nominate a Tomah Health Support Staff Member (excludes Nurses: RNs or LPNs- See Daisy Award) as a deserving recipient of The BEE Award, please complete the online nomination form. Please include why the staff member is extraordinary or share a story about how the staff member made a meaningful difference in your care. Patients, families, visitors, and colleagues may submit nominations. A committee at Tomah Health selects award recipients.
