Drug Screens:

  • All drug screens are scheduled to increase the laboratory staff’s efficiency. Appointments can be scheduled between the hours of 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday for drug screens.  Appointments can be made by calling 608-377-8224

Reasonable Suspicion:

  • Tomah Health Lab will accept walk-ins for reasonable suspicion 24/7. The main entrance is open Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sat/Sun, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. If a reasonable suspicion arrives when the main entrance is closed, they are to present to the ED.

Post-Accident Drug Screens:

Types of Collections:

Rapid:

  • A urine specimen is collected and analyzed, and the results are available within minutes, which makes it a popular choice for non-DOT employees.

Non-DOT and DOT Drug Collections:

  • A urine specimen is collected and sent to an offsite lab for testing.
