Tomah Health is here to help patients and families in our community get and stay well during these difficult times. We are now introducing a virtual health platform to maintain our quality of care while you are spending more time at home. The Video Visit gives you easy and quick access to a local medical provider. These services are available Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
If at any point your symptoms worsen, or you feel like you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
This is a convenient ‘face-to-face’ video visit with a board-certified medical provider who will talk to you via a secure, HIPAA compliant method (meaning it is a safe and private video call) using your smartphone, tablet or computer. Our providers will always assess your condition individually. Based on your unique circumstances, and the severity of your illness, we may need to refer you for in person care (actually going to Urgent Care or the Emergency Department) for treatment.
